There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line.
As a community, we have successfully had a lady's power reconnected. They had been without power for almost a month. With the help of the donations and volunteers stepping up to help pay the bill, the power was restored.
We were able to provide meals to 3 different families that had a tragic loss. They all lost a son. Heartbreaking news, but so glad we were able to connect with them an provide them with a $100 donation to go toward funeral expenses or whatever was chosen to do with the money allotted.
We have delivered 2 lift chairs to a family. The elder gentleman had a stroke and was unable to get up from his recliner. The lady had cancer and has recently gained her angel wings. So sad, but so glad we could help her with her end of life care.
We have delivered clothes, toys, backpacks, and school supplies to a family with children that didn't receive anything for Christmas.
We have helped a family with groceries that, at the time, both man an lady were unemployed. As of today, they are both gainfully employed.
We delivered supplies to Cookeville tornado victims on March 7th. Our trailer was not completely loaded in Dayton, by the time they got to Cookeville, it was.
As time moves on, yards get mowed, brush gets hauled off, more groceries delivered, scrap being removed, with lots of help from our community! When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed! We never take for granted how lucky we are to be an American and what a privilege it is to spend each day at a nonprofit dedicated to helping those in need.
We've assisted with ramp building for several disabled folks. One of volunteers powerwashed a Veteran's ramp that had molded as well as clean up brush where a tree had fallen.
